Peanut Butter Protein Balls


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Shredded coconut
  • 2 TB Whey protein isolate (Vanilla) or protein powder of your choice
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon, 1 TSP Mixed Spice or Nutmeg
  • 120g Dates and/or sultanas chopped finely
  • 1/4 Cup Crushed almonds or walnuts
  • 150g Peanut butter or any other nut butter

Protein BallCombine the ingredients in a bowl until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together. Roll into small bite sized balls and store in fridge.
