  • 1 BananaBanana and chai
  • 250 mL Milk
  • 1 TB Chai seeds
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1/2 TSP Nutmeg
  • 1 TSP Honey (Optional)

Blend ingredients and serve!
