Banana and Berry Bread


  • 60 g Unsalted ButterBanana and berry bread
  • 1 3/4 Cup Wholemeal SR Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Bananas (over-ripe)
  • 1 TB Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Raspberries (Frozen or fresh)
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1/2 TSP Nutmeg
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts (Optional)

Mix ingredients and cook for 25 – 30 minutes @ 150˚c
